trained over and above what is required of an average licensee
and has taken examinations to earn this designation. This additional

benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. It is awarded
by the National Association of Realtors to those professionals
who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.

Residential Specialists (CRS) who have gone through hours of
