| REAL ESTATE:
Yes, I also take wonderful photos of your home, or place of
business. I strive to capture homes in natural and flattering
ways whether for advertising, personal or sales purposes.
When I shoot Real Estate, I use natural lighting and the best
time of day to capture unique and natural photos to fit your
location. For this reason, I do not artificially limit the
length of a shoot and shoot as many pictures as I think are
necessary and may shoot at different times of day to take
advantage of the best lighting and weather conditions. All
of my real estate packages include a digital proof gallery.
All reprint rights and full quality digital files are priced
depending on the use in each specific case. |

| DIGITAL GRAPHIC
ENHANCEMENT: If you need photos retouched for your
website, brochure, calendar or as a gift, we can do amazing
things utilizing computer graphic programs. We can also mat,
print and frame your artwork. Just tell us your idea, or contact
us for some of ours and we’ll work up a quote. |

| COMMERCIAL WORK:
If you need photos for a catalog, magazine, corporate event,
advertising campaign, calendar, brochure, or any other commercial
purpose. Contact us with details or your stock photo needs. |

Theo~ Photography Rates:
Hourly Rate: Rates vary greatly depending on the
type of photography, the necessary equipment, the length of the
session, and the amount of travel needed. Generally we charge $75
per hour for the shoot itself and $50 per hour for digital imaging,
retouch and sorting. Pricing also varies depending on viewing media
whether it be prints or digital media/slideshows, etc. A proof CD
is included with all shoots. Discounts are available depending on
the situation.
Equipment fees: If special equipment is necessary
for a specific shoot, charges are at cost for the rental.
Further Rights: All reprint rights and full quality
digital files are priced depending on the use in each specific case.
Additional Services: Artistic effects (including
retouch), matting, framing, and other photo related services cost
depending on size and complexity.
