About Sharon Hooper
All of my careers have revolved around working with
others as a change agent, or catalyst, for personal and/or business
growth and accomplishment. As a government employee, my jobs included:
research assistant with the Chief of Naval Operations Pentagon staff;
director of one of the world’s largest child development centers
(Ft. Ord, CA) for more than 350 children daily; and, administrative
liaison with the Corps of Engineers in Frankfurt, Germany.
In 1984, I co-created a dynamic and award winning
record label, which grew from zero to five million dollars in sales,
from one to thirty-six employees and ten recording artists worldwide.

Since 1995, as a Professional Certified Coach
through the International Coach Federation, I employ many methods
to be of service to others: vision mapping sessions, telephone
coaching with individuals and groups, workshops and retreats
(in Sedona, AZ, or away) for individuals and groups or teams.
After consultation with the person(s) involved, we agree on
what will best create the ideal situation or outcome, and then
act on it!
